Your event will be confirmed once we receive a signed booking form.

A 50% deposit will be required once you have confirmed your booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

The full amount must be paid in full to the entertainer at the start of the event.

If you have over the specified amount of children as originally stated on your booking form you will be charged accordingly on the day of the event.

No cancellation changes may be made to a proposal within 72hrs of the event.

If you cancel within a week of your event the full payment will still be required.
Should a client wish to re-schedule an event this may be done up to 72hrs before the event only.

Extra items/services must be requested by the client more than 72hrs before the event.

Please note Cheeky monkey entertainers provide sweets, prizes and suitable gifts for the party.

The Cheeky monkey entertainers cannot be held responsible for any harm caused, if you do not wish us to provide sweets ,gifts or prizes please contact us via email prior to your party.

If a Cheeky Monkey entertainer feels it is too dangerous to participate with certain games they will not go ahead.

If the children are NOT responding to certain games, Cheeky monkey will ensure suitable games are then played to bring energy back to the party.

We will not tolerate children who misbehave or instigate trouble at a party, therefore if presented with this problem we will stop all games and activities until the problem is resolved by the host of the party.

Safety is very important to Cheeky Monkey Parties, we will do anything possible to avoid injury to any persons at the party. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs Cheeky Monkeys cannot be held responsible. We must be informed of any allergies, illness and any type of disability via email prior to the party day.

Any harassment of any nature towards Cheeky Monkey staff or vendors will not be tolerated.

All Cheeky Monkey entertainers are CRB checked and have public liability insurance.
